Here's the next installment of my day at Comic Con. If you missed the first installment you can read it here. After the excitement of seeing Hugh Jackman it was time for the next panel to begin. It was a presentation by Summit Entertainment to promote 3 of their upcoming movies. The first one was a movie called "Push", a futuristic sci-fi thriller set in Hong Kong. You can read more about it here. Stars Chris Evans (sooo handsome), Camilla Belle (gorgeous gal), Djimon Hounsou (also handsome) and Director Paul McGuigan were there but poor Dakota Fanning was late because of a traffic pileup/accident on the freeway....she was stuck in it for over 7 hours!
Next up was director Alex Proyas promoting his movie "Knowing" starring Nicolas Cage. It's an action thriller and more can be read about it here.
The last part of this panel was highly anticipated about the movie called "Twilight" based on the book series of the same name. Director Catherine Hardwicke, author Stephanie Meyer and the cast of the movie were there. You can read more about the movie here.
I enjoyed seeing the movie clips of all 3 movies.
Next was the last 2 panels of the day. First of these 2 was a new HBO tv series called "True Blood" based on a series of books by author Charlaine Harris. She was there along with creator Alan Ball (who also created "Six Feet Under") as well as actors Anna Paquin(gorgeous gal) and Stephen Moyer(so handsome!). You can read more about it here.
Finally the panel I was waiting for all day.......Dexter, a psychological thriller tv series from Showtime. Stars Michael C. Hall (such a cutie-pie sweetheart) and Julie Benz (OMG sooo beautiful) as well as executive producers Clyde Phillips and John Goldwyn were there to talk about the upcoming 3rd season. You can read more about the tv show here. Poor Michael got caught in the same traffic tieup like Dakota Fanning.....for 5.5 hours........Until next time .........
